Chris completed his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. He has a keen interest in treating disorders of the spine, as well as conditions of the jaw and working with older adults to help them stay active and independent.
Chris takes a whole-body approach to care, addressing not just the presenting injury but also the underlying dysfunction that contributes to it. He has worked extensively with the NSWISS 400-metre track squad, body builders, CrossFit athletes, personal trainers and martial artists.
Alongside his professional experience, Chris has a strong personal connection to boxing. Having treated professional boxers and even stepping into the ring himself for an amateur bout, he understands firsthand the physical demands, discipline, and resilience required in high-level sport. This perspective has shaped the way he supports his patients—helping them not only recover from injury but also build strength, confidence, and longevity in their movement.
He is also passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence, move with confidence, and enjoy life without being limited by pain or mobility issues.
Chris’ past experience also lies in the corporate sector, where he was the head injury management advisor for Cement Australia, providing onsite treatment and management programs for work-related injuries.
Outside of practice, Chris is a family man—proud husband to Margie and devoted father to Ethan and Maisie. He enjoys spending time with his loved ones, hosting BBQs for family and friends, and tending to his garden where he is always working on growing a veggie patch.
Michal completed his Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science before going on to earn his Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. He has a strong interest in treating sporting injuries, performance-related conditions, and helping individuals of all ages move with strength and confidence.
Michal has worked extensively in football, providing sports training and injury support for Apia Leichhardt Tigers and Blacktown City Demons, as well as multiple other competitive teams. Through this experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on athletes and the importance of structured, goal-orientated care to support both performance and longevity in sport.
Michal takes a holistic, whole-body approach to care that is centred around the individual. He recognises that no two patients are the same, and treatment should reflect that. Rather than focusing solely on where the pain is, he considers how the body is functioning as a whole and tailors management to each person’s goals, lifestyle, and physical demands.
His approach combines hands-on treatment with clear, goal-orientated rehabilitation. Whether the aim is returning to competitive sport, improving strength and mobility, or simply moving through daily life without discomfort, Michal works collaboratively with patients to create a structured plan that supports long-term progress.
Having grown up playing competitive football, Michal understands firsthand the challenges that injuries can bring. This experience has shaped the way he supports his patients and the perspective he brings to their care.
Outside of practice, Michal enjoys strength training, running, and staying involved in sport. He is passionate about helping people move well and stay active at every stage of life.
